APX High School Camps/Clinics

are renowned for establishing and enhancing a 365 day-per-year, Sunday-to-Sunday, athlete lifestyle that affects the individual athletes, coaches and programs. It is designed to implement current, ever-changing and evolving performance enhancement sport-specific training science, as well as injury prevention dietetic protocols for both Male and Female athletes within their respective sports programs. The goal of a Single-Day Camp/Clinic is to build the value of what APX can provide and act as a resounding provider of exercise science and dietetic information for all of your athletic programs' athletes, coaches and parents. APX is not designed to take over your Strength & Conditioning Program. However, to illustrate more efficient and effective training paradigms within your Physical Education and Athletic Programming that exist. Collegiate Advisors & Pro/College Athletes will be on hand to enhance the motivational components of the Clinic.

The Goal of the 'Single-Day Camp/Clinic'

 is to build the value of what APX can provide and act as a resounding provider of exercise science and dietetic information for all of your athletic programs' athletes, coaches and parents. APX is not designed to take over your Strength & Conditioning Program. However, to illustrate more efficient and effective training paradigms within your Physical Education and Athletic Programming that exist.
 

  • APX represents affiliations of numerous High Schools & Clubs in various boy/girl sports and physical education programs. Football, Baseball, Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, LaCrosse, Wrestling, Softball, Track, XC & Volleyball.

  • Professional & Collegiate athlete training, recovery and regeneration programming and periodization are key services provided by APX to agents and agencies who are looking for 'Optimal' performance results.

  • Nutrition services for all Athlete & Non-Athlete populations, including 'Wellness Programming' for business' school districts & corporations.

 

  • Provides APX Educational Tier 1 Certifications for its methods and programming to teachers, coaches and trainers.

11:00-11:30 ---> Lunch-Break (All) 

11:30-12:45 ---> Lower/Power Functional Emphasis (Position Specific - Female Athletes)

APX STRENGTH is holding its
1st APX Athlete State Championship Clinic:

Day, Month, Year (8:30am-2:30pm) for;

All 'Your High/Middle School Name'

     Male & Female Athletes!

The Clinic will commence at 'YOUR HIGH SCHOOL'S NAME HERE' weight room, gymnasium, wrestling room, and auditorium and is open for all 'YOUR HIGH SCHOOL's NAME HERE' High School and Incoming Middle School Athletes. The Clinic will focus on implementing a ‘Physiologically Functional & Developmental Performance Enhancement Training Program’ that incorporates movements that emphasize proper muscular building phases while improving an athlete’s performance. Training Circuits and Classroom instruction focus on a wide-range of topics that include controlling your center of gravity under distress, building improved kinetic functional levers, change of direction, lower/upper traction instruction to develop efficient speed, injury prevention through ground-base spinal dynamics and how to put all of it together from January-to-December throughout your in-season and off-season APX training programming.

 

An “Athlete Nutrition and Supplementation” class will also be held (Male Athlete Class & Female Athlete Class) to teach you how athletes in the Pro Sports & Collegiate ranks facilitate their nutrition principles throughout their in/off-seasons. The classes will be instructed by APX’ Registered Sports Dietitians for both Boys and Girls’ Nutrition & Dietetic needs. Guest Athlete Motivational Speakers and Collegiate Advisors will be an enhanced component of the Clinic. The ability to reach out to the student athletes and get them the proper academic requirement information for College is critical. We will be correlating those efforts with the local Colleges & Universities in your demographic to assist with this component.

 

The camp will be directed by Drew Buchkoski, who currently presides as the Head Performance Director for all APX programming for Professional, Collegiate and High School athlete populations. He will be accompanied by an experienced staff; comprised of present and former Pro & Collegiate Athlete standouts. Classroom presentations will be held covering training progressions, aggressive dynamic stretching and resistance training concepts, and information concerning nutrition and dietetic needs for specific athletes’ sizes, positions, and genetic muscular structures for both male and female athletes. The program also boasts Position-Specific Resistance and Functional Training concepts, as well as Proper Injury Prevention training components for both Male & Female sports.

A (high school/middle school) registration is required per athlete.
