One of the key elements in the driving success of APX operations is Coach Buchkoski. Buchkoski, now in his 14th year as APX’ Program Director of Sports Performance, plays a significant role as the designer for the year-round Strength & Conditioning calendar for its Pro, Collegiate and High School programs. He oversees the NHL, NFL & MLB Off-Season training protocols, as well as his work within agencies. Buchkoski's strength and conditioning programming furnishes athletes with a wide variety of sport-specific exercise through weight and body-weight training, plyometrics, speed and speed-traction emphasis, yoga, aquatics and Poliquin Performance Principle lifting systems. He is a noted authority in the field of exercises dealing with the improvement of neuromuscular strength and function via strain/counter-strain applications that incorporate position and stance specificity through eccentric/concentric tempos.
The Michigan native became an assistant strength coach at Eastern Washington University in 1998, a position he held for two years before assuming a Graduate Assistant role at Gonzaga University and then to the Seattle Seahawks as an intern within their Football Operations offices. Buchkoski served Strength and Conditioning Coaching stints at Arizona State University, Scottsdale Community College and at a Charles Poliquin endorsed Ikei Performance Center. He aided with a push for better science and programming in the Arizona High School Strength and Conditioning community through the L.E.T.S. (Life Education Through Sports) organization, in which he donated time as their Strength and Conditioning coordinator helping dozens of High School Football Teams' coaching staffs implement better programming.
In 2007, he began working the strength and conditioning high school football program sectors of the Pacific Northwest between Ferris, Freeman, West Valley, Chiawana, Skyview, Timberline, Moses Lake, Ephrata, Wenatchee, Hanford, Eastlake, Summit (OR), Chisago Lakes (MN), Lake City (ID), Eastern Oregon University (EOU) and various schools. In 2015, APX represented 38 high schools. In 2018, he served in the development of the athletes at Florida State University under the Football, Baseball & Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning departments. From 2020-2022, he held contracting positions with the Department of Defense (DoD) working as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at both Moody Air Force Base' 93d Air Ground Operations Wing (93d AGOW--Valdosta, GA) and Joint Base Lewis-McChord within the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade (16th CAB--JBLM-Seattle, WA) working with both Special Operators, Apache pilots, K-9 Units and enlisted support personnel.
He graduated from Florida State University with a Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning, and attained his Bachelors Degree from Eastern Washington University. He is certified though the Certified Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has attained a Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP) credential via Coaching Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 as a Poliquin International Master Strength Coach. He is 1-of-27 in the world who hold a Level 5 credential.
Throughout his 22-year career, he has aided, prescribed and administered training protocols that have resulted in the placement of 38 athletes in the NFL draft, 180 into NFL/CFL Training Camps, developed 62 MLB/MiLB Drafted and Contracted Athletes, 35 NHL/AHL/WHL Hockey Athletes, and between Arizona & Washington has produced Training Programming that warranted 11 State Football Titles and numerous Track & Field, Volleyball, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer and Hockey championships. He is responsible for spear heading the APX Certification Program and its credential process for Strength and Conditioning coaches and training educators.

Coach Jarrett overseas all of APX' Basketball Development Operations within its network of schools, clubs, AAU teams, as well as individual pro, collegiate, high school and youth athlete sectors.
Born and raised in Richland, Washington, where he attended Liberty Christian School. Coach Jarrett went on to play basketball after high school, where the former All-American basketball player from Northwest Christian University, (now known as Bushnell University), set and currently holds six (6) single-season records in scoring and rebounds. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree at Northwest Christian, he went on to pursue basketball overseas with the European (FIBA) League in Cyprus.
As a prior collegiate and professional player, Coach Jarrett is well versed in the dynamics of relating to all levels of athletes. With eight (8) years of skills performance coaching and training, he also brings a Certification in Sports Performance from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Jarrett has developed a long history of working with elite level basketball prospects, as well as high school and youth athletes. He points towards three key elements to his coaching/training success via motivation, education, and inspiration as supplying his foundation.

Janell is the Founder and Director of APX Performance and Wellness Clinic, where she takes a functional nutrition, full body systems approach to health and performance. Janell does this by targeting and healing the root cause of any sign or symptom that prevents the client from performing and feeling their best both on an off the field. Genetics, issues with digestive health, and inflammation are all factors that could affect a persons overall health and performance. Janell is passionate about developing personalized lifestyle plans that encompass a holisitc approach to nutrition, sleep hygiene and stress management to help manage these factors. She believes that helping each client discover their 'Inspiring Factor' is key in achieving and maintaining optimal performance and health goals.
Janell is from Ellensburg, WA where she grew up playing soccer and competing in rodeos. She got her start in nutrition at Washington State University, where she received her Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology to become a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Janell then pursued her passion in sports nutrition, where she founded the APX Performance and Wellness Clinic and started providing individual and group nutrition consults for athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. Janell went on to contract with major insurance companies in order to provide functional nutrition consults and classes to clients referred by Naturopaths and Doctors throughout Washington.
Janell then recieved an opportunity to work as a Dietitian for Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, where she provided comprehensive medical nutriton therapy in an acute in-patient and out-patient setting, specializing in gastrointestinal oncology. Janell would prescribe customized diets catered to each patient's specific diagnosis, side effects, budget, and support system. Janell served as the head dietitian for the Tumor Board Treatment Team for patients on clinical trials.
Janell went on to pursue a career as the head Dietitian at Florida State University. She was the coordinator and lead dietitian for the FSU outpatient eating disorder clinic, where she collaborated with therapists and clinicians at FSU to provide nutrition therapy consults to students with eating disorders. Janell also worked with the director of sports nutrition to provide performance nutrition clinics and consults for all athletes at FSU. Janell enjoyed hosting hands-on cooking demonstrations and leading nutrition presentations to various organizations across campus.
Janell is providing performance and functional nutrition consults for athletes and clients via in-person and telehealth platforms. Janell is contracted with most major insurance companies, and is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Washington. She also provides nutrition clinics to organizations and teams across the country through in-person sessions and virtual platforms.

In her free time, Janell volunteers at therapeutic riding centers, where she helps provide horse-related activities to individuals with special needs in order to strengthen their physical bodies, enhance proprioception, build self-esteem, gain a sense of independence, and learn new skills.

Janell authored the Innovative Idea grant that funds the initiative to prevent on-campus food insecurity at FSU's Food Pantry, a program that provides additional food resources and fresh produce from local farm to students at FSU

Janell helped to create a Farm-to-Table and Farm-to-School program in Spokane, WA, where she helped elementary students and families gain access to healthy, local foods through building school gardens, leading cooking lessons, and hosting farm field trips
