Welcome to the APX Certification domain page! You will be embarking on a journey that will enhance your knowledge-base to 'better' your athlete, client and program populations. We believe that there is a difference between 'great' and 'optimal' performance coaching, and the instruction through science-based research and proven methodologies worldwide. We are in the business of generating 'optimal' gains for our athletes and programs, to improve performance and prevent injury. Your pursuit of perfection starts here.

 

Upon the completion of Tier 1, you will gain enhanced practical knowledge of the following components of the APX system that is broken down by these 7 chapters of material for the certification:

 

1. Philosophy & Technical Concepts

2. Proper instruction of the Dynamic Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Ground-Base Spinal Warm-Up

3. Safe & Effective Training Principles; Applications

4. Identification of Strength Qualities

5. Identification of Training System Recovery Rates

6. Reps, Sets & Tempo Applications

7. Systematic Delivery to the Practical Audience; Mesocycles

 

Upon enrollment, you will gain online access to these 7 Sections & Videos of material for studying purposes of a written and practical exam. You will also be given access to the 'APX Coach's Forum' via an exclusive Social Media Community predicated on all of APX' Certified Practitioners. You will be given the written exam on Day #2 of your certification class. You must score a minimum of 85% to pass the written exam, prior to taking your practical testing. You will be given (1) retake opportunity if you fail either the written and/or practical components.

 

Each one of these 7 sections, or chapters if you will, has online training study materials, information, videos and practice test questions that you wlll gain access to upon registering for your certification. You will need your login information to access the materials. Upon arrival for your certification, written materials will be dispersed that you will use and can keep for future reference.

 

As a reminder, you will be working out and training everyday during your 2-day certification. APX does not provide hotel and travel costs. We emphasize that the 'APX Certification Program' should be viewed as a 'Continuing Education' piece, and to hone in on your Facility, Gym, Program, High School, College, Club or Team to help provide funding for your continued professional growth.

Upon the verification of registration, you will be emailed a username/password to access the materials you will need to prepare for your Cert!
