APX' Off-Season Hockey Program is renowned for achieving enhanced performance from dry-land to the ice. Every movement a Hockey athlete makes on the ice should correlate directly to the overall functional neuro-muscular hypertrophy received via their position-specific training protocols. At APX, it is our #1 goal to restructure, transform and re-align your body's symmetry throughout an emphasized Eccentric Uni-Lateral Training system. This is proven to evoke profound increases in strength, speed, power, agility, function, flexibility and anaerobic/aerobic energy systems used to promote fitness and VO2 max levels.
APX' Registered Sports Dietitians are the catalysts that mold our Hockey Athletes to attain improvements of Lean Body Mass (LBM) gains, decrease in Body Fat percentage and - most importantly - 'Recovery' efforts from training and skating. Improving performance on the ice knows no barriers of age, league, rank or country you play/come from. APX is the bridge from one level to the next on the ice.

Alex Carrier, 5'11 175lbs D 2022 Nashville Predators
2015 4th Rd Draft Pick (176th Overall)
"Both Alexandre & Nic benefited greatly of APX' Hockey Dry Land program. Thier efforts are already paying off on the ice. Both were drafted in the 4th Round. His 8 weeks of training with APX allowed him to fill what he was missing; loss of body fat, increase of lean body mass, flexibility, speed, power and better nutrition."

Nic Roy, 6’4 205lbs C 2022 Vegas Knights;
2015 1st Rd Draft Pick (96th Overall)
"I have seen many strength and conditioning programs used for athletes of all age and skill levels but APX stands out as the most productive and effective, sport specific program, out there. Drew has developed a system that has changed the way athletes look at their training. By including his techniques into an on-ice program I have been able to change."
USA Hockey Director

"In my opinion, Alex has become the best defensemen in the league in both ends of the ice. In addition, he has demonstrated his ability to invest in his career by leaving home and go train in the West with APX throughout the summer. It's to his credit".
Benoit Groulx - Gatineau/Team Canada
"APX has proven their capability to adpat thier already-strong multi-sport Off-Season Training Program to the unique training specifics to the sport of Hockey. Drew and his staff have developed a training program down to a science, in which all hockey players at any level can benefit from."
